It was the kind of Spring day that makes you happy to be alive, when the weather is perfect and warm, the birds are singing, and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. This was just such a day for Laura and Maciek’s wedding. The day started with both the bride and then the groom, getting ready at the bride’s house. Our filming captured the whole place bubbling with laughter and excitement as hair and makeup was being applied, speeches were being written, food and refreshments were being enjoyed, and dresses and suits were put on. Our wedding couple’s first look was beautiful as Laura’s bedroom door swung open to reveal each of them to the other. Their wedding ceremony took place mid afternoon at the soaring, breathtaking Trinity College Chapel. The processional was riveting as the bridesmaids and flower girls walked the length of the chapel in gorgeous dresses holding stunning bouquets, followed by Laura & Maciek who appeared together, arm-in-arm, both looking incredibly elegant. A beautiful service was conducted by Laura’s uncle who is an ordained minister, and when the two were finally officially married, the wedding party headed for several nearby locations on the University of Toronto grounds for wedding pictures and creative wedding videography. Their wedding reception took place at the Royal Ontario Museum in the presence of the dinosaurs, a Buddha statue, suits of armour, and many other ancient museum relics. The day was so memorable… as wedding videographers we were so happy to have been able to film such beautiful places and events during the entire wedding day. The result is what we consider to be a couple of gorgeous wedding films and Laura & Maciek agreed. We hope you enjoy their wedding highlights film.

While most weddings we film take place in Toronto & the GTA, we always love driving a bit further to film weddings in the fertile wine country around Niagara-on-the-Lake. Last September Amanda & Ryan chose regal Chateau des Charmes estate winery as the setting for their joy-filled wedding day. The weather was sketchy and rain forced their plans for an outdoor ceremony indoors, but it couldn’t dampen their spirits or their enthusiastic celebration!

When Natalie and Jim first contacted us about wedding videography, they explained that they initially decided not to hire a videographer to capture their wedding day. But just a month out, they changed their mind. Fortunately we were still available for their October wedding date and they went ahead with booking us. We were excited to learn that their ceremony was going to take place in Hamilton’s Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King! What a magnificent setting for a wedding! Jim and Natalie’s emotions as they exchanged vows and rings during the ceremony were deeply moving, and there weren’t many dry eyes among their guests. Afterward, we tagged along to film their wedding photography session at nearby Princess Point. The Fall colors were stunning! The reception took place at The Cotton Factory in central Hamilton, an old industrial building whose upper floor loft space has been re-purposed for events. The wood floors, the walls, the place is loaded with character and rustic charm! It was absolutely beautiful as you see in their wedding highlights film.

Kristina & Mike started their day with their respective preparation: Kristina’s bride prep was at her home and Mike’s groom prep took place at Toronto’s Fairmont Royal York hotel downtown. Their wedding ceremony at a west Toronto church was sweet and emotional, everyone there was touched by the love between this bride and groom. Their wedding reception was held at the pavilion at Estates of Sunnybrook and it was amazing! When it came to wedding videography, we almost didn’t know where to start first… the decor was stunning, the wedding cake was one of the most spectacular we’ve ever seen… and when the party started, the dancing, the music (both the live band and the DJ), everything was simply amazing.

Laura and Juan’s wedding day was wonderful in so many ways! It was an absolutely perfect summer day and everything seemed to fall into place with ease. There were so many touching moments and happenings throughout the day as you’ll see in their wedding film – it was a pleasure being their wedding videographer, capturing it all for their wedding video. The couple’s ceremony and reception were both held at a wedding venue we had never filmed at before, but have wanted to for quite some time. Hacienda Sarria is located about an hour west of Toronto in the city of Kitchener. This elegant venue evokes feelings of sunny southern Europe with it’s exquisite old world Spanish style architecture and detailing. One thing is certain, our wedding videography at Sarria resulted in some of the most unique and stunning wedding visuals we’ve ever filmed. The quality and feel of the saturated, golden light both outside and inside the building is clearly evident from the opening shot of Laura and Juan’s wedding highlights film to the last. Olivia and Ignat were married in Guelph in southwestern Ontario. Their wedding ceremony took place at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, followed by a warm celebration at their wedding reception in Creelman Hall at the University of Guelph. One of our favorite parts of the day was filming their creative video session. As you’ll see, the bride and groom and their bridal party were very enthusiastic about their creative wedding videography session with us. It made for some beautiful and romantic wedding video imagery!

We first met Carmela and Andrey at a Starbucks one rainy day in Mississauga. After an hour together, two things were clear… they are a sweet couple very much in love, and we wanted to film their special day! Carmela is a make-up artist whose work includes doing bridal party make-up for weddings and we were flattered that with her experience and connections, she and Andrey chose us for their wedding videography. The couple was married in a lovely outdoor wedding ceremony in the garden at Ascott Parc, in one of the prettiest gazebos we’ve encountered. The reception that followed nearby was a spirited and enthusiastic celebration! Enjoy their wedding highlights film!
